If you do not agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you must not use this Website. If you continue to access, use or otherwise transact on this, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy and Privacy Statement. If you are accessing, using or otherwise transacting this Website through a proxy, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy and Privacy Statement before authorizing a proxy to enter this Website on your behalf. 1.2 Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a specific event, and additional terms and conditions may apply depending upon the event.
1.3 All the events advertised on our website are not organized by Aafnoticket. We only sell tickets as an agent on behalf of our clients (event organiser, promoter, presenters) and all the tickets are owned by them. Any representations made by the Presenter with reference to the Event or performance at any time and any associated complaints or claims are the responsibility of the Presenter and not Aafnoticket.
1.4 All Customers attending an Event or performance must hold a valid ticket for the same. Late arrivals in some cases may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in performance.
1.5 This ticket is sold subject to the Presenter's conditions of sale and also the following terms.
2.1 All ticket prices for events that occur in Nepal are stated in NPR. Currently aafnoticket.com accepts payment only via eSewa and Khalti. All buyers must be registered as an eSewa or Khalti customer to utilize our full service.
2.2 Processing fees are non-refundable and are calculated as a percentage of the total order value and apply where payment is made. The Payment Processing Fee includes (but is not limited to) credit and debit card fees (Merchant fees) and expenses, administration and associated infrastructure costs for providing these payment services.
3.1 Aafnoticket.com does not set the ticket prices, inventory and availability or determine seating locations as Aafnoticket.com only sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event.
3.2 There is currently no limitation on number of tickets that can be bought; however, we reserve the right to enforce ticket limits per customer or household at any time to prevent unfair purchasing practices.
4.1 Everyone should receive an email confirming the purchase of the ticket once the payment is successful. If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with our Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Aafnoticket will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
4.2 To allow everyone a fair chance to buy tickets, there are certain cart restrictions. The items in the cart will automatically be deleted if the user chooses to close all browsers, or if the user logs out of the live session without completing the sale. Once the cart is deleted, other people will get a chance to buy the same ticket instantly.
4.3 When ordering tickets online with Aafnoticket, please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.
5.1 Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the event organizer, promoter, venue, or Presenter for any reason (including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances), Aafnoticket will use reasonable efforts to facilitate a refund, where such refund has been authorized by the event organizer. All refunds are subject to the policies and approval of the event organizer, as Aafnoticket acts solely as a ticketing agent and does not control event operations.
5.2 Event Rescheduling or Changes
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed, the event organizer or venue may determine whether refunds, exchanges, or ticket transfers will be permitted. Unless otherwise stated by the event organizer, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the event organizer's policies.
5.3 Refund Process
Where a refund is approved by the event organizer: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., eSewa or Khalti account). No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Processing fees and service charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Customers must retain valid proof of purchase, which is required to process any refund request.
5.4 Tickets Purchased via Third Parties
If tickets were purchased from a physical ticket outlet or third-party seller, customers must contact the original point of purchase directly to request any refund or exchange. Aafnoticket will not process refunds for tickets not purchased through its platform.
5.5 Limitation of Responsibility
Aafnoticket is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by customers in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
6.1 Once the ticket is confirmed and purchased, Aafnoticket will not issue an exchange or refund for the following reasons:
6.2 Once you give Aafnoticket a reasonable amount of notice ahead of the event that the ticket has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, Aafnoticket may issue a replacement ticket to you for a reasonable administration fee.
6.3 Refunds will only be issued in the event of a full event cancellation, as officially authorized by the event organizer. Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as partial delivery, changes in schedule, artist or activity substitutions, or general dissatisfaction with the event experience.
6.4 In the case of an event cancellation or service-related concern, customers must first submit a formal written complaint directly to the event organizer using the contact information provided on the event listing. This complaint must be submitted within 7 days of the event's completion date. Complaints lodged after this period may be rejected at the discretion of the event organizer.
6.5 Aafnoticket can only begin processing a refund once the event organizer has reviewed, verified, and formally authorized the refund. We rely on this confirmation to proceed, as the event is organized and operated solely by the Presenter.
6.6 If the event organizer fails to respond within 7 days after you have submitted your complaint, you may then escalate the issue by emailing Aafnoticket at [support@aafnoticket.com], providing all relevant evidence, correspondence, and a summary of the steps you've taken to resolve the issue directly. Aafnoticket will then conduct an independent review. While Aafnoticket is only a ticketing service provider and does not guarantee refunds, we reserve the right to process a refund at our sole discretion if we find reasonable grounds to do so.
7.1 We currently do not offer delivery options for all events. All tickets are easily downloadable and can be printed at any time. Tickets delivered through Venue Pick Up are typically available one hour prior to the event start time. You will need to present your aafnoticket.com confirmation number and picture identification (Driver's License, Citizenship card). Some events do not have Venue Pick Up (in this case you will not get Venue Pick Up as a delivery option when ordering tickets).
8.1 Some events may have opening acts before their main event (headlining performance). Aafnoticket is not always made aware of opening acts or the length of their performances. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening act is changed or cancelled.
9.1 Event Providers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. A ticket will be cancelled if any terms or rules are breached without refund.
9.2 The Presenter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists provided without changing the main event (headlining performance) for which tickets are purchased. No refund is issued in this matter.
9.3 Recording, reproduction and transmission of an event is strictly prohibited. Professional Cameras, Audio and Video recording devices including (GoPros) are not permitted in any event. However you can use your mobile phone at your own risk. Event Providers and we are not liable if any damage is caused to your devices.
9.4 The Presenter reserves the right to remove a ticket holder from the event without compensation for breach of any rules in this clause.
9.5 You and your belongings may be searched on entry. Anyone not complying may be refused entry without any compensation. Each event may have its own rules. So please check the event page properly before bringing any items.
10.1 Aafnoticket does not knowingly list or promote events that violate applicable laws. Customers must not participate in or use tickets for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities, including spam, phishing, scams, or other forms of digital or financial fraud. Any event conducted in violation of applicable regulations, or any illegal activity occurring at an event, is the sole responsibility of the event organizer or attendee. Aafnoticket is not liable for any legal consequences, fines, damages, or claims arising from such activities.
10.2 Customers are responsible for performing their own due diligence before purchasing tickets to ensure that the event is legitimate, complies with all applicable laws, and is appropriate for attendance. Aafnoticket does not guarantee the legality, safety, or suitability of any event. By purchasing tickets, customers confirm they have verified the event details, including date, time, location, age restrictions, and any applicable rules or regulations. Additionally, the use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or any paraphernalia related to their use is strictly prohibited at any event. Customers attending events involving prohibited activities do so at their own risk, and any legal consequences, fines, or claims arising from such activities are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the event organizer. Aafnoticket shall have no liability for any such violations.
10.3 Any person found in possession of illegal substances or engaging in prohibited activities will be immediately ejected from the venue without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Aafnoticket reserves the right to cancel any ticket order without notice if we suspect the tickets are being purchased for an illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
10.4 Some events or venues may prohibit items like alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to review the specific event page for a list of prohibited items.
11.1 Prohibited Commercial Resale: Tickets purchased through Aafnoticket may not be resold, transferred, or offered for sale for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to profit-making, advertising, promotions, contests, or sweepstakes, without the prior written consent of the event Presenter.
11.2 Unauthorized Resale Consequences: Any attempt to resell tickets in violation of this policy may result in cancellation of the ticket(s) without refund. Aafnoticket reserves the right to deny entry to any event if a ticket is found to have been resold or offered for resale in breach of these Terms.11.3 Personal Use Only: Tickets are issued strictly for personal use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that tickets are not used in a manner that contravenes applicable laws, regulations, or event-specific rules.
11.4 Accountability: Customers who purchase tickets from unauthorized third parties do so at their own risk. Aafnoticket cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased outside its official platform and will not be responsible for denied entry, losses, or other issues arising from unauthorized resale.
12.1 All information you have provided during the ticket purchase process must be true. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information or tickets you provide during any registration, ordering, purchase, ticket posting, sale, authentication, delivery, payment or remittance process, or any other process, or if we are no longer able to verify or authorise your credit card or bank account information, you may be prohibited from using the Site.
13.1 Attendance at events involves inherent risks. Aafnoticket, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss/damage to property before, during, or after an event.
13.2 Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Aafnoticket is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
13.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aafnoticket’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket(s). Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including travel or accommodation costs, are excluded.
13.4 By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge these risks and accept that attendance is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aafnoticket, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
All content on the Aafnoticket.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Aafnoticket or its content suppliers and is protected by Nepalese and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
We collect and process personal information for ticketing purposes only. Data is protected according to our Privacy Statement. By using our service, you consent to data processing as described therein.
Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Some events may have specific age restrictions which will be clearly stated on the event page. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement for the event.
Aafnoticket reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, civil unrest, government orders, internet outages, or failure of third-party payment gateways.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from ticket purchases or use of the website will be resolved under Nepalese law. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aafnoticket regarding the use of the website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
